The construction of 449 no. residential units in to include 315 no. dwelling houses (comprising a mix of 2, 3, & 4 bed detached, semi-detached & terraced/town houses); 46 no. duplex-apartments comprising a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bed units), 88 no. apartments (comprising a mix of 1 & 2 bed units in 3 no. 3-5 storey blocks over basement); and 1 no. creche (this application will modify and supersede 80 of the units permitted under Cork County Council Ref. 16/7271);

• All associated ancillary development to include the construction of 4 no. ESB substations; the provision of pedestrian/cyclist facilities including footpaths & cycle lanes, lighting, drainage, boundary treatments, bicycle & car parking and bin storage; and • Two vehicle accesses are proposed via the existing and proposed road
