The construction of 43 no. residential units and all ancillary site development work. The proposed development consists of the construction of 5 no. 4 bedroom detached dwelling houses, 12 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 10 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 8 no. 2 bedroom duplex apartment units, and 8 no. 1 bedroom apartment units with ancillary bicycle racks and bin stores. The proposed development is a change of plan from that previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning Reference 19/5749 and will result in the construction of an additional 25 no. residential units. Vehicular access to the proposed dwelling houses will be provided via an existing entrance from the Dunmanway Road (R586) to the south while access to the proposed apartment units will be provided via the entrance permitted under 19/5749 from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north. The proposed development also includes separate pedestrian accesses from the Dunmanway Road connecting into the public footpath network.
