The development will further consist of the provision of new basement level -3 (1,987sqm) and consist of the retention of part of basement level -3 (7,687sqm). The development will also include the reorganisation of the internal configuration and layout (including open space provision) of the permitted apartments and revisions and amendments to the internal arrangement of ancillary areas (including lifts, stairs, corridors and access points). The amendments will also include elevational changes and will include the reconfiguration of Buildings B1, B2 and B3 (including the part amalgamation of Building B2 with B3). Building B1 will now comprise seven floor levels (an increase of three floors); Building B2 will now comprise eleven floor levels (an increase of three floors) and Building B3 will now comprise five floor levels (an increase of two floors).
