Single storey prefabs relocated from the school site and 2 no. new two storey prefab blocks which in total will provide 16 temporary classrooms, 5 temporary special needs rooms, 2 temporary offices and a temporary staff room. New foul water drainage to connect to existing network, new surface water drainage to connect to new temporary attenuation tank, removal of new fence and partial removal of hedge on western boundary, new gate on eastern boundary, all other boundaries unchanged, regrading of site levels within the site and site clearance works.

Service connections to existing temporary buildings on the site will be required to provide for the phasing strategy. Segregated access routes will be a requirement. Works for Temporary school will include changing existing site levels, site works, and works to boundaries.
