We, Law Library Properties Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bar of Ireland, intend to apply for planning permission for development at the distillery building, 145 – 151 Church Street, Dublin 7. The development will consist of the construction of a new fire escape staircase & exit door on the west gable end of the existing two-storey warehouse building located in the distillery yard (accessed from May Lane). It is also proposed to install 6 no. new roof lights in the existing roof, 3 no. on the south face & 3 no. on the north face.
